Arise has reinvented the contact center, leveraging crowdsourcing and the shared economy, to provide its clients with a model that represents a quantum leap forward in customer care. In doing so, Arise has enabled over 65,000 independent businesses owners and their mini call centers to leverage the Arise Platform to service our Fortune 500, and other large clients.
In 2016, Arise introduced Starmatic® Scheduling System to our clients and prospects as Software as a Service (SaaS). It was such a huge success for Arise and our clients, that last year, Arise launched Learning-as-a-Service (LaaS) product called Limitless Learning.
