Applied’s Digital Agency software solution enables agencies and brokerages to create higher-value business transactions and deliver superior customer experiences throughout the entire insurance lifecycle. Applied’s digital agency solution is an all-inclusive purchase, built on five pillars that work together to support an agency’s digital growth strategy, providing the core capabilities needed to operate more efficiently, make more informed business decisions, build better insurer relationships, improve customer service, and accelerate growth and profitability across all lines of business.

These five pillars include:

-A single, integrated agency management system: The center of the digital agency is Applied Epic, a foundational management system that manages an agency’s customer relationships, policy and benefits administration, sales automation and financial accounting processes across all lines of business and the entire agency in one application. Built on scalable architecture with standardized data, the application enables agencies to seamlessly add new customers, lines of business and locations across multiple geographies to support growth. Open architecture also enables agents to seamlessly integrate third-party applications, proprietary systems and other data sources. On average, agencies and brokerages see 30% higher revenue per employee by leveraging an integrated management system.7
