As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Nerium International™, LLC, Amber Olson Rourke has demonstrated excellence, creativity and initiative while leading one of the most successful skincare launches in history. Leading a 40 person team, Amber is responsible for all of Nerium’s branding, creative services, communications, public relations, events, digital marketing and social media.

Amber has played role in growing the company’s revenue to more than $500 million in sales in just three years. She has also lead the product development, branding and marketing of all Nerium products, which have become a customer and celebrity favorite. She also developed and executed the global strategy that led Nerium to be recognized as the youngest company ever to make the Direct Selling News’ Global 100 List and to receive the Bravo Growth Award from Direct Selling News’ for hitting $100 million in sales during its first year of business. In 2014, Nerium was recognized for the second year in a row on Direct Selling News’ Global Top 100 List, moving up in rank from number 86 to number 54 in just one year. Additionally, with its record growth, Nerium earned a spot on The Success Partners $100 Million Growth Club. Most recently, Amber secured a spot on Direct Marketing News 40 Under 40 list. This award is granted to business executives who utilizes creative and strategic business planning to create superior marketing strategies.

Amber not only effectively leads her team and accomplishes monumental business success, she also influences the philanthropy world by implementing Nerium’s partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Due to Amber’s marketing efforts, Nerium was awarded the Community Impact Award by Big Brothers Big Sisters in 2013. Aiming to influence as many childrens’ lives as possible and become the largest corporate sponsor, Amber pledged to raise $1 million for Big Brothers Big Sisters in 2014. As of August 2014, over $605,000 has been raised.

Amber is also passionate about helping people achieve their dreams—especially women. A frequent keynote speaker at Nerium events, which draw audiences of 10,000 people or more. Amber encourages women to put their calling before their comfort. She has hosted women’s workshops and teen workshops across the country and is on the Advisory Board for Live Happy Magazine and the National Acts of Happiness campaign.
