Incredible first-tier diversity-spend…
Remarkable women, workplace and service awards…
Steadfast client satisfaction and retention rates…
Top recognition nationwide industry surveys against competitors up to 100 times our size…

Could all of this really be accomplished by a woman-owned business with only 330 employees?

Yes! Nationally Certified Women’s Business Enterprise, NEI Global Relocation (NEI), exemplifies what a determined group of mostly professional women can accomplish. As one of the top relocation management companies in the nation, NEI helps our clients’ relocating families transition to new locations all around the world.

Since July of 2013, NEI has achieved great things as a women-owned and predominantly women-operated business, including:

--Generating a total first-tier diversity spend of $663.6 million
--Winning the 2014 Best Places to Work in Omaha award
--Receiving the 2014 Best Places to Work for the Advancement of Women award from the Institute for Career Advancement Needs (ICAN)
--Obtaining The Coca-Cola Company Partners in the Promise diversity supplier of the year award
--Accepting a WBE Who Rocks award at the WBENC National Conference
--Earning 99% client satisfaction and 100% client retention
--Globally expanding with a new office in Geneva, Switzerland
--Unveiling NEI University, providing more than 200 courses of specialized training for our employees, including eight certifications and five advanced designations
--Hosting our first Global Partner Alliance Summit with service partners attending from 14 countries
--Celebrating 100% passage of NEI employees who took the challenging Worldwide ERC® Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) test
--Experiencing no layoffs in 2014

NEI received top recognition in all three nationwide industry surveys against much larger competitors, including:

--#1 position for Overall Satisfaction and Quality of Service in the 2014 HRO Today Baker’s Dozen: Relocation survey
--#1 Relocation Management Company (RMC) in its class for overall performance in the Trippel 2013 Relocation Managers Survey—ranking #1 in twelve different performance categories—more than any other RMC—and also achieving the highest top block performance and net satisfaction ratings among ALL relocation management companies
--#1 RMC in the 2014 Trippel Nationwide Relocating Employees Survey for services received by relocating employees for the second consecutive year

Stability is critical to a service business and the two women who founded NEI in 1985 still manage the company today. They are leadership role models for a new generation of professional women and remain passionately committed to leading the day-to-day management of relocating 13,500 families to all points of the globe.

NEI’s accomplishments this year were earned through teamwork and a dedicated focus on Service Exceeding Expectations, transitioning our clients’ relocating employees to their new locations.

Since July of 2013, NEI has realized many amazing achievements and we appreciate those who recognize what NEI brings to a complex, global industry with 24/7 demands. We call it “business as usual” but our customers call it “the NEI Difference.”

We feel NEI is a strong candidate for your Company of the Year award. As one client stated, “From the beginning, it seemed that NEI was the company with the most expertise, integrity and service – and when we finished our due diligence, we felt the same way.”
