Describe for the judges the activities and accomplishments of the nominated individual or organization during the eligibility period (up to 500 words):

Kendall SummerHawk founded the International Association of Women in Business Coaching (IAWBC) in early 2010 to serve a need in the coaching community. Up until the opening of IAWBC women coaches had limited options when it came to both networking and business coaching training. Kendall did not want women to have to piece it all together but rather she wanted to provide a space where women coaches could network with other women coaches, receive beginning and advanced coach training and also receive extensive training on the business side of coaching.

She has accomplished that and more. Since opening its doors the IAWBC has enrolled over 600 members who receive monthly marketing and business training calls, a library of digital trainings, done-for-you templates and systems and an annual live event. Her inaugural IAWBC event, LEAP, was a huge success and drew over 200 people.

She has also launched a brand new program for women coaches called STARS, The 6 Figure Courageous Coaching Club, which has been a huge success. In this program she offers women coaches marketable content to help them attract more clients, coach training, specialized marketing training, a step-by-step business plan, private and mastermind coaching, access to her team members, live retreats, certified coach training and more.

In the past 12 months Kendall has created 2 certification programs (The Money Breakthrough Method Coach Training Program, and Niche Breakthrough Secrets Certified Coach Training Program, hosted a live event, launched a private coaching program (Stars) and overall served thousands of women coaches who are trying to create, maintain or grow their coaching businesses.

Kendall has been invited to speak on the topic of women and coaching at multiple live events and dozens of virtual telesummits throughout the year. Her expertise, experience, approachability and charisma make her one of the most requested and highly rated speakers in her industry.
