The Fabulous@50 Experience and Martini Party takes place the first Saturday of November every year at the River Cree Venue in Edmonton, Alberta. It is a celebration for women 40 plus and their circle of influence. It brings women together to have fun, be inspired with a little education from inspirational speakers.

Briefly describe the nominated event including its purpose and results (up to 125 words):

The purpose of the Fabulous@50 Experience is to inspire, educate and empower women over 40. Creating an event that brings products, services and speakers that are picked specifically for their demographic. The 2014 event will be our 6th event and the growth every year is incredible. From bringing one friend in the first few years to groups of 6 or 12, plus companies providing their female employees tickets to support their growth and connection, this event is looked forward to by many every year. Supported and sponsored by local businesses, we support local charities such as the YWCA and Suit Yourself.
