Describe for the judges the activities and accomplishments of the nominated executive since the beginning of July last year (up to 525 words):

Elizabeth Schillo joined Dice as Senior Vice President of Sales in July of 2013, leading a sales team of 75 people. Since that time, she has worked to restructure sales leadership into customer centric and employee development focused roles. By adhering to three (3) guiding principles of Accountability, Motivation, and Development, Elizabeth’s team has achieved over $130M in sales from July 2013-June 2014. By focusing to optimize current customers and add new customers, this resulted in 8,000 customers between Dice.com and Clearancejobs.com.

Under her leadership, Dice Sales accomplished these milestones in the past 12 months:

• Tech & Clearance segment revenues increased 4% year-over-year to $33.9 million from 2013 to 2014, or 58% of Dice Holdings’ consolidated revenues

• Launched 5 new products with over $3 million dollars in new product sales

• Over 60% of sales reps paced to achieve 2014 quotas

• Created 2 new sales teams with reps performing over 100% to goal

• Increased number of executive level sales meetings by over 310% YoY

• Built an Account Management team to promote customer centricity and support – over 1,000 customer trainings delivered

• Implemented standardized quarterly review process to educate customers on the highly evolving tech industry where unemployment is less than 2%, or full employment

• Established Sales Advancement Program, a Career-pathing program

• Designed and facilitated numerous sales and competitive intelligence trainings

Elizabeth has implemented a new global CRM process, new Sales Compensation plan, President’s Club incentive trip, created customer feedback sessions to empower the sales process, and segmented customer engagement strategy to provide an improved customer relationship management process in over 750,000 customer and prospect touch points annually. From these efforts, Dice executed on customer expectations to acquire and grow all types of customers, including startups to Fortune 1000, such as: Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Randstad, and MongoDB, to name a few. To heighten value to these customers, she has inspired next-generation ROI measurement for Staffing and HR buyers. Through Easy Apply, Apply With Dice, and integration with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems, Dice has delivered an increase of 30% in applications/ROI to this customer base.

Elizabeth Schillo serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for Dice and Clearance Jobs, leading all North American sales channels. She oversees account management, new business sales, customer-centric sales communication, sales training, new product sales, and strategic partnerships for business development to generate annual results of over $130M. Prior to Dice, she held sales leadership roles with CareerBuilder, Ann Taylor and McKesson Information Systems. Over the past 13 years, Elizabeth has demonstrated her ability to lead multi-channel sales teams and to drive results. Her passion for training, leadership, and serving customers has enabled her teams to develop strong customer relationships. She holds an M.A. from Wheaton College and a B.A. from Lee University.
