employees around the globe.  Its technology helps companies with recruiting,
performance, training & compensation, and providing a unified front-end for all
users.

SilkRoad's new product, HeartBeat, is an on-demand core HR system that allows
workers and managers to access and act on HR information relevant to them. This
information can be readily integrated with all SilkRoad's Life Suite solutions
or other HR-related third party applications, such as payroll, benefits,
recruiting, performance, training and compensation, helping to provide a unified
front-end for all users.

HeartBeat gives organizations the ability to manage all the information that
