    the market and sales prospects of the many benefits of Esave Technology and have
    attracted a wide array of customers.

    By putting a premium on internal education and organization, Power Efficiency's
    sales department have been instrumental in allowing the company to attract
    customers in varied industries and sizes.

    Mr. Munson leads the sales and marketing team to advance Power Efficiency’s
    business initiatives within emerging markets, both in Europe and its core market
    in North America. Ultimately responsible for globalizing Power Efficiency’s line
    of patented energy saving E-Save Technology™, Mr. Munson will also be
    responsible for developing the Company’s position with statewide utility
    providers, federal regulatory agencies and key industry leaders.

    Mr. Munson joins Power Efficiency Corporation from Kinetek, Inc.
    (www.kinetekinc.com) where he led business development and marketing efforts for
    its Elevator and Escalator Solutions Group since 2005. Prior, Mr. Munson was
    Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Motion Control
    Engineering, Inc. (a Kinetek Company – www.mceinc.com) since 2001. Kinetek is a
    global leader and holds market leading positions in the elevator/escalator,
    commercial floor care, material handling, golf and utility vehicle and
    appliance/vending market segments.

    Mr. Munson holds a B.S. in Marketing Communications from California State
    University, Sacramento, California.

    Caesars Palace, Saks Fifth Avenue, the Belagio, Smithsonian, as well as JFK and
    Denver International Airports.

    The marketing department and sales department work closely together and fully
    utilize our CRM system to help collaborate in creating leads and converting them
