Nextiva, an innovative technology company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, dedicated to simplifying business communications, team collaboration, and customer management, is the ideal candidate for the Stevie Award for CRM Suite – Enterprise - New. In May 2018, the 10-year-old company unveiled its highly anticipated NextOS platform (https://www.nextiva.com/why-nextiva/nextos-technology.html), an-in-one communications software that helps businesses of all sizes get a more complete view of every customer.

Tomas Gorny, a serial entrepreneur originally from Poland, founded Nextiva with the mission of simplifying business communications across the world. He and his management team welcomed their first customer in spring 2008 by offering best-in-class VoIP solutions. Since then, Gorny and his team have grown Nextiva to 150,000 business customers in the United States and 1,000 team members worldwide.

In working with thousands of business customers over the years, Nextiva repeatedly heard frustration from clients at having to employ dozens of fragmented applications when communicating and collaborating with customers. Most businesses they spoke with used upwards of 15 independent applications—toggling between email, chat, CRM, analytics, surveys, and more.

The use of so many applications proved difficult for Nextiva’s customers (and for Nextiva’s internal employees). What’s more, Nextiva found in an external-facing survey (https://www.nextiva.com/news/2016-news-archive/business-communications-crisis-report.html) that upwards of 50 percent of employees consider leaving their jobs due to fragmented communication overload, and 63 percent say they’re unable to reach weekly goals due to related challenges.

Gorny and his team decided to create a platform that would enable more streamlined CRM across all areas of organizations and help fix what Gorny calls, “the business communications crisis.”

After several years of ideating and hundreds of software engineers working to improve iteration after iteration, Nextiva unveiled NextOS in 2018 to wide acclaim. The platform is simple enough for a very small business to manage yet powerful enough to handle the challenges of an enterprise with large call centers. The product seamlessly simplifies business communication for all industries, with a strong focus on collaboration.

The introduction of NextOS, which includes its award-winning VoIP service, marks a dynamic shift in product offerings at Nextiva and is aligned with the company’s dedication to democratize access to best-available communications technologies. The platform itself was launched with five main products; more are expected to be unveiled in the coming years.

As part of NextOS, Nextiva now offers a full suite of business communication solutions including voice, CRM, chat, analytics, and surveys.

Nextiva Service CRM (https://www.nextiva.com/products/service-crm.html) helps improve customer and employee communications in a single product, allowing users to view customer communications through chat, email, or phone—all on one screen.

Nextiva Chat (https://www.nextiva.com/products/live-chat-software.html) helps businesses connect and collaborate with website visitors in real time, thereby giving clients a better experience.

Nextiva Surveys (https://www.nextiva.com/products/survey-software.html) is a customizable survey tool that allows companies to collect information on customers, prospects, and teams.

Nextiva Service CRM, in particular, is a robust and innovative offering that helps businesses of all sizes (including large-scale enterprises) manage customer interactions. It offers impactful analytics, so companies can access data on customer interactions in one place a single dashboard; a carrier-grade cloud communications platform; and also comes with Nextiva’s Amazing Service guarantee (Nextiva employees are available at all hours to help NextOS customers use Nextiva Service CRM more effectively).

Thanks to the introduction of NextOS, Nextiva would like to be considered for the Stevie Award for CRM Suite – Enterprise - New. Nextiva hopes its new platform will help companies worldwide be more successful with CRM needs than ever before.
