LiveWatch Security has increased programming efficiency by 50% while simplifying the customer experience through the use of technology, creating a highly scalable and user-friendly solution. The software powering our industry-revolutionizing patented technology, Plug and Protect®, was developed in-house to simplify the programming and installation process for home security. It allows literally anyone to place a security system in their home in under 30 minutes, eliminating the need for an expensive installer. The recent enhancement in Fall 2013, Plug and Protect® 3.0, cut the already minimal processing time by 50% through the use of key components, which allows technicians to reinvest their time in developing additional tools for customers to use.

Joe Thomas, Director of Technical Operations at LiveWatch Security, began his tenure with the company about 10 years ago as a Fulfillment Technician. He has since worked almost every position pertaining to the customer experience which has shaped his vision when developing and revamping internal and external training systems, like the Help Center, and culminating with our patented Plug and Protect® technology.
