This year CLEARLINK was named a finalist on the Entreprenuer.com® Great

to Work Index® after 93% of our employees agreed with the statement “All things
considered, CLEARLINK is a great place to work.” One of the primary drivers of
this overwhelmingly positive employee sentiment is the company’s ability to
reward and motivate its staff with incentive programs that resonate.

In addition, each team has a cultural incentive budget to be used at the
discretion of each business unit manager. This year alone they have taken sales
agents sky diving, filled a swimming pool with gold coins for diving, gone on
boating outings, taken a team to the local amusement park for a day, done a mock
CLEARLINK stock exchange, and broken a Guinness World Record as a
company.

The biggest incentives of the year are our annual reward trips. In September we
took 185 sales agents for an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas for the
weekend. Top agents won the privilege of flying their in a private jet and
everyone enjoyed dinners, show tickets, gambling money, and VIP treatment. In
the spring, we take the top 10% of our staff to Mexico for a week. In addition,
the ultimate incentive is to win the sales agent of the year award which offers
one agent a trip of a lifetime—they select any destination in the world and go
on a one-week, all-expenses-paid trip with a guest.

As a company we’ve experienced tremendous growth over the past two years and
have added an additional 300 sales agents to our team. With the growth has come
an increased focused on robust training programs that bring our agents four
dedicated hours each per week in the class room.

In the call center industry, employee turnover can be a costly and resource-
intensive problem. Our combination of high-caliber training and our commitment
to rewarding and thanking our employees through extensive cultural investments
has not only fueled our growth, but helped us achieve industry-leading turnover
rates that are approximately 40% below industry average.

Phil Hansen, CEO

Phil has over twelve years of experience developing and leading strategies and
teams in the interactive marketing industry. As CEO of CLEARLINK, Phil
oversees
business development, manages client relations, and is responsible for driving
the company’s unique culture.

Phil is an active member of the community. As a frequent presenter, Phil
regularly shares his ideas on acquisition marketing, culture and leadership.

In 2011 Phil was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year
Finalist. He has also been featured as one of Utah’s 40 business leaders under
40 by Utah Business Magazine.
