          Background
          For all clinical trials it is necessary to perform drug accountability,
          reconciliation, returns and destruction (ARRD) activities as part of managing
          the complete drug supply chain. Because patient safety is paramount, the strict
          regulatory stance in this area places the onus on the biopharmaceutical

          Dr. Nikki Dowlman, Product Manager
          Nikki joined ClinPhone in 1996, prior to which she completed a PhD in Molecular
          Genetics.  Nikki has worked in a number of roles within ClinPhone including QA
          and Operations where she worked as a project manager.  In this role she was
          instrumental in identifying client needs and defining IVR solutions to meet
          those needs.

          Since moving to the Product Strategy Team, Nikki has primarily been using her
          operational experience in helping improve client awareness of the solutions
          available.  She has also taken responsibility for a particular group of service
          offerings and plays a key role in managing & identifying their next stages of
          development.
