Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leading commercial cleaning franchise company, is
an organization that prides itself on being an active and consistent company in
supporting its Franchise Owners and customers.  Since winning a Stevie Award in
the 2004 International Business Awards for Best Support Organization, Coverall
Cleaning Concepts has further developed numerous strategies to enhance our
support practices to our Franchise Owners and customers.

Over the past year, Coverall Cleaning Concepts has developed a new strategic
business plan, called The Coverall Essence.  With the recognition that all
businesses need to develop a clear approach to generating sustainable growth and
profits to ensure long-term success, Coverall created a strategic business plan
that is necessary to develop the core purpose, guiding spirit, and future existence
of our organization.  These initiatives include our Passion, Vision, Mission, and

Coverall Cleaning Concepts’ Passion and Mission statements focus on our
initiatives to support our Franchise Owners to be successful in the commercial
cleaning industry. 

As mentioned in our nomination entry for the 2004 International Business Awards
for Best Support Organization, Coverall Cleaning Concepts offers support to our
Franchise Owners through our 85 Support Centers worldwide in offering
administrative assistance, sales assistance, marketing and media exposure, and
operations support.  With our development of The Coverall Essence strategic
business plan, Coverall Cleaning Concepts has advanced these provisions and has
created new programs to assist our Franchise Owners.
1.  Enhanced Training ~ Coverall Cleaning Concepts has developed business
related training programs to help our Franchise Owners understand the mentality
of business ownership.  These training courses teach the Franchise Owners the
best methods for ensuring customer satisfaction, developing a process for
practical business planning, and establishing a procedure for creating a working
business budget.
2.  Strategic Alliances ~ Coverall Cleaning Concepts has entered into strategic
partnerships with chemical and equipment manufacturers that allow for not only
quality products, but also the supportive training that is necessary in this
industry
for our Franchise Owners.  Through our partnerships with Procter and Gamble
(P&G) and Minuteman Equipment Company, Coverall is able to provide the most
technically advanced products and equipment to our Franchise Owners at reduced
costs.  The ongoing support and training provided by these partnering companies
gives our Franchise Owners and Operations Team Members the necessary
knowledge to perform their services at the highest standard.
3.  Niche Market Support ~ Coverall Cleaning Concepts has created specific
training programs and manuals to assist our Franchise Owners in servicing niche
markets.  Franchise Owners who hold accounts in the retail, healthcare, and
hospitality industries are better able to service these customers with detailed
training that Coverall Cleaning Concepts offers for these particular markets.

Coverall Cleaning Concepts’ Vision statement centers on our endeavor to provide
the best commercial cleaning services in the industry.  Coverall Cleaning
Concepts has developed a customer service program, entitled Customers For
Life®, to support our Franchise Owners and Team Members in executing this
process.  The Customers For Life program is administered by the Coverall Support
