The Emirates Post Training & Development Center was awarded international
certification by UNESCO and the Universal Postal Union in 2004.  In two short
years it has become recognized as a world class provider of postal training, IT
training and HR skills development for the Arab language market, training over
900 candidates in 2004.

Mrs. Wiaam Ghanem has worked for H.S.B.C., responsible for nationwide training
in the Middle East and as an advisor to the Ministry of Education, as well as in
charge of recruitment and retention strategies for Mashreq Bank before joining
Emirates Post to lead the development and strategy at the training center.
