Currently, Andy & Olga Bermudez operate two Jani-King franchises, one in the
Tampa, Florida area and other in Las Vegas. The couple also has plans to
purchase a third franchise in the Orlando, Florida area. While there are Master
Franchisees that have purchased rights to open franchises in multiple areas, no
individual Jani-King franchise owner has ever purchased more than one franchise.

Jani-King initiated the Bermudez's purchase of a second franchise to provide
service to a new 198,000 sq. ft. medical facility in Las Vegas. Andy and Olga had
been Jani-King's Crown Club Award (one of the company's most prestigious
awards) winners two of the past three years and were a perfect match to do
something that had never been done.

The couple's franchise now employees 36 including members of a Floor Care
Team specializing in care for carpet, V.C.T., tile, and marble. This too, is
something only a select few Jani-King franchises has in place.

One of Andy's greatest contributions to Jani-King this year has been his
involvement in the Jani-King Workplace Awareness Program. Andy's military, law
enforcement, and Department of Homeland Security background coupled with his
ownership of Jani-King franchises made Andy the perfect choice to help develop
content for the training program. Andy gladly accepted the call, developing
training material, presenting the material at the initial corporate training, and teamed up with Jani-King president Jerry Crawford to promote the program on a national
media tour.

Andy and Olga do all they can in their community to promote good corporate
citizenship and the Jani-King brand. The couple sponsors a local stock car driver
who at one time worked for Andy while he was with the Department of Homeland
Security. Andy and Olga also contribute each year to Sysco Foods' Hall of
Champions.

This success comes despite the fact that just one year ago Olga was diagnosed
with breast cancer, an obstacle that could stop many in their tracks. The couple
has never allowed such obstacles to stand in the way of making the most of their
lives. It is this can-do attitude that will likely see them announced as
Jani-King's Franchisee of the Year in the coming months.

franchise in Tampa, Florida. Jani-King is a dynamic growth oriented franchise
specializing in commercial cleaning services. Andy’s military, law enforcement,
and Department of Homeland Security background coupled with his ownership of a
Jani-King franchise  led to Andy’s involvement in the development of the training
program for Jani-King’s newly implemented Workplace Awareness Program for
terror prevention.

Their franchise has consistently been awarded retention and high volume awards
as well as Jani-King’s prestigious Crown Club Award two of the past three years.
