♦ Purchase Tickets Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website.  Tickets are $595 each, or $5,850 for a table for 10.  Organizations that purchase full tables for 10 may speak for up to 60 seconds on stage, rather than the standard 30 seconds. Prices will rise on May 23 to $645 per or $6,350 for a table for 10, so order your tickets today! Last day for ticket sales: June 6.

♦ Reserve a Sponsored Table for 10 Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website.  Sponsored table includes 10 tickets, branding of your table, branding in presentations, optional tabletop display during the cocktail reception, your logo on red-carpet signage so that it appears in all red-carpet photographs and video interviews, a full-page ad in the program book, and the right to speak for up to 60 seconds on stage (rather than the standard 30 seconds).  Cost of a sponsored table is $7,500.  Last day to reserve a sponsored table: May 21.

♦ Book Your Discounted Hotel Rooms Online for New York's Marriott Marquis Hotel, setting for the June 11 event.  Set in the heart of exciting Times Square, the hotel is at the epicenter of New York's glamorous entertainment industry.  The discounted rate expires at 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday, May 21, so make your reservations early, as the block will sell out.

♦ Reserve a Full-Page Ad in the Awards Dinner Program Book.  The program will be distributed to the 400+ attendees of the event, plus an additional 15,000+ readers over the next year as a PDF download from the awards website.  Cost: $495.  Reservation Deadline: May 21.

♦ Distribute Literature About Your Organization to Awards Banquet Attendees: You may provide a flyer or small brochure to be distributed on all of the seats at the awards gala.  Cost: $750.  Reservation Deadline: May 21.
