Whirlpool EMEA FB page started as being the first page in our industry to focus on attracting and recruiting young talent! The page evolved into a broader employer branding website, keeping the focus on recruitment. Direct links with our recruitment system enables users to apply directly to Whirlpool.
Together with our great 'Max Up My Cooking' web-series we find engaging ways of attracting people to our page. With a strong international network of social media, with aligned designs, we strengthen our bonds with consumers/potential hires. We can measure through our recruitment system which channel the candidate used to apply to our company.
