Ve Interactive helps e-commerce websites acquire, engage and convert their traffic. Since January 2013 we have launched the VePlatform, the world’s first to have consolidated re-engagement, re-marketing and retargeting apps to drive incremental revenue for online businesses.

Connecting to the VePlatform via the VeConnect tag is quick and easy. Once connected, clients can access and roll out all Ve Apps with speed and agility, whilst all future updates are automatic. The VeConnect tag takes less than 5 minutes to install on a site and is certified with the majority of leading tag management solutions, including Google Tag Manager, Opentag and TagMan.

Whilst VeConnect is just one line of code, it is capable of capturing and maintaining data on billions of transactions. VeConnect feeds this data onto the VePlatform, powering VeAnalytics, and delivering the intelligence to each of the Apps. Ve’s hosting facility is a PCI Compliant Data Centre, which in turn means client websites are Data Handling Compliant.

Once connnected to the VePlatform, clients have instant access to Ve's award-winning Apps, each one designed to improve customer engagement, increase conversions and grow their revenue. Deployed directly from within the platform, each App is easily configured and optimised without the need for internal development resources. This enables clients to increase their site’s conversion rate without the time-lag usually associated with new technology integrations.

VePlatform:

VeCapture – presubmit data capture software; VeContact – email remarketing campaign tool; VeMerchant – Reporting Software; VeChat - the world’s first AI-enabled multilingual chat agent. This gives clients the ability to engage with their traffic 24/7 and blend customer service and marketing messaging; VeAssist - the onsite product matching tool that produces the right result, designed to significantly increase customer acquisition from search traffic by reducing bounce rate and VeGenie - creates highly targeted dynamic ads that find lost customers using real-time bidding (RTB) and ad exchanges, ensuring maximum campaign reach and return on investment, all on a CPA basis. Also helps generate new traffic to by prospecting for new customers using our unique dynamic contextual solution.

R&D derives from Ve’s culture of innovation. Through meetings, brainstorms and a custom CRM system, we share information, data and ideas, leading to product development. The result is that our staff and clients feedback shapes a lot of our direction. The development team has a research phase involving the business development team and then sprint and scrum phases before internal BETA release. As a result of examining our work processes we built our own CRM system and a technical helpdesk ticket system

David J. Brown – Co Founder & CEO, Ve Interactive

Serial entrepreneur David J. Brown is a co-founder & CEO of Ve Interactive. David draws on over a decade of business experience, operating his previous digital company, Serious across Europe, Asia and America. He has already directed launches of twelve international Ve offices and serves on a number of Executive boards, holding three Chairman positions. Ve was shortlisted for a National Business Award 2013 for ‘Digital Company of the Year.’

An industry thought leader, David is regularly is invited to speak including at events, including CUTEC (Cambridge University Tech & Entrepreneur) and has had policy change recommendations presented to the British Government. David is an ambassador for the international development organisation, Concern Universal.
