Irdaiva Ltd. is focused on engineering works, general construction and contractor services. The company pursues a goal to provide a full set of services related to construction industry - architectural planning and design, renovation or reconstruction projects, restoration of monuments of historical heritage, as well as interior and landscape design and finishing works.
In 2011 Irdaiva boosted its turnover more than two-fold to 19.74 million euros, from 8.30 million euros the previous year. The company plans to further increase its sales to 29,9 million euros in 2012. At the end of 2011 Irdaiva’s assets totaled 1,29 million euros while its liquidity ratio was 1.7.
Irdaiva has implemented a great variety of projects. Among the company’s clients - the country’s Parliament and Government institutions, municipalities, public and municipal organisations. Private clients include both business structures and individual persons. In 2011 one of the most important projects was restoration of the 4th floor of the historical chamber of the Lithuanian parliament and reconstruction of its Council Hall. It was awarded the prize ‘Lithuanian Product of the Year 2011’ and a golden medal, established by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists.

The company has been gradually improving processes of operation, introducing modern construction technologies and other innovations in the effort to boost the efficiency of labour and reach the highest standards of quality of its product.
In 2011 Irdaiva received a permission (No. 4744) from the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania to carry out projects for buildings that belong to historical heritage. Over the past year Irdaiva concluded a number of restoration projects of buildings of high historical value. The Biržai Castle and the Tytuvenai monastery were among those that needed the highest competence and technical skills.
In 2011 Irdaiva was issued international certificates of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health (OSH) management system conforming respectively to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 18001 OHAS requirements.
The company has received numerous letters of gratitude from its clients for high quality and timely work. Among them - the letter of gratitude of the Parliament’s Chancellor.

Irmantas Kubilius, chief executive of Irdaiva Ltd, graduated from management and economics faculty of the Lithuanian University of Agriculture. At the age of 25 Irmantas, together with his friend, an experienced builder, founded a construction company Irdaiva. The company grew from 3 to 250 employees within seven years of operation and entered the list of 20 largest construction companies of Lithuania. Irmantas’ credo - prudence, consistency, respect. The guarantee of business success is setting clear targets to the team, equal respect to all its members and sharing the success. Another cornerstone of success - honest attention to client’s needs.
