At the banking sector in Turkey none of the banks differ from each other in the consumer perception. However, ING Bank Turkey believed that the only difference will be created with; brand identity, tone of voice, and the way you make your promises real experience.

On the project; from top management to branch teller defined ING Employees are meeting unexpectedly with our customers in surprising way. Some of them as a taxi driver, some of them as a waiter in a café to merge in to customers life and establish an emotional bond with them to make them feel valuable and share our game- changing brand purpose without having selling concern.
