Briefly describe this entry’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words):
Gameforge.com is our face to the customer, the site provides information, statistics and news on all 15 games Gameforge runs. Also, the side runs the data of more than 200 million customers worldwide -- every person registering for a Gameforge game is also registered for the portal, which then tracks his progress through the game, sifting data to determine the best players of any given day and awarding them "G-Stars". Also, the community section makes uses of the groundbreaking unity technology to give players the opportunity to create fully animated 3d avatars, which can interact with friends on the portal, hugging them, hitting them, teasing them and displaying emotions. (The feature can be experienced only when logged in but is also shown here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkONhpLDgyk )
The portal runs in 21 languages.
