It is said that “A company’s most valuable asset is its employees”. The RheinBrücke Human Resource team realises that and empowers RIC by systematically organizing HR processes from recruiting, on boarding, engaging employees, managing performance, fun at work, to fostering careers through talent management programs. HR team only selects the best talent for the various roles at RheinBrücke and makes sure that every individual hone their skills and reaches their ultimate purpose therefore helping RIC clients achieve competitive advantage through RIC team’s efforts. RIC’s vison is excellent client and associate satisfaction, keeping in line with the same, the RIC HR team have designed a comprehensive performance appraisal process so that the team gets continuous feedback from their managers to improve their performance. The HR team makes sure that the top talent of RIC are recognised by awards like iCon (Impressive contributor),POB (Pat on Back) and Mastermind award leading to high employee morale. The awardees are featured in the monthly RIC newsletter. The RIC newsletter encapsulates everything recognition, jokes, philosophy, leaders message etc.
Accomplishments in 2016
Joining: A robust online joining mechanism which helps associates to spend more time with the respective practice team on their joining date rather than filling forms. An online handbook is shared with the new joinees before they come on board, which helps them to understand the company’s policies prior to joining and thereby helping them to settle down much earlier.
Induction: The Induction program typically extends for 1 – 2 days for lateral hires. Essentially, it focuses on immersing new hires into our culture, philosophy and engagements. All the new hires are greeted by the Managing Director, Practice Heads and the HR Team and there is a clear communication to them about the mission, vision and values of the organization.
Work Culture: Just as an organization needs the right talent to drive its mission and vision, employees need the right environment to grow and achieve their career goals. At RheinBrücke, we understand that. The moment you step in, you would be greeted with that unmistakable feeling of being at the right place by giving employees with a sense of certainty of a successful career. Performance management reviews are conducted on a quarterly basis in addition to the annual appraisal process.
