Year over year revenue growth up 61 percent

YouSendIt, is the leading provider of extended enterprise collaboration services. The company has experienced exceptional year over year revenue growth in the past year, with 2011 revenue of approximately $39.3 million, up 61 percent from 2010 revenues of more than $24 million.

YouSendIt also has seen massive boosts in its subscriber base. The company noticed a 71 percent increase in registered users, a 59 percent surge in paid subscribers and a 57 percent increase in revenue growth in the first quarter of 2012 compared to the first quarter of 2011. Today, YouSendIt has 30 million registered users and 585,000 paid subscribers.

In July, YouSendIt become the first cloud collaboration service to offer integrated tools for sending, sharing and signing business content online –anytime, anywhere. As CEO of YouSendIt, Ivan Koon manages the company’s core operations, business growth strategy and key partnerships. Koon transformed the company from an ad-based model to a subscription-based model and helped solidify YouSendIt’s leadership in the secure-managed-file transfer industry. He has more than 20 years of operational and management success. Prior to leading YouSendIt, Koon was a senior vice president of the Adobe Acrobat Intelligent Document business unit, where he more than doubled Acrobat’s revenue in less than three years. While there, he also created an Enterprise Document LifeCycle Server business that grew to more than $100 million in revenue.
