Function: Part of the Upland Software family of cloud-based enterprise work management applications, EPM Live is an enterprise project management and collaboration software application that extends project management and work collaboration to all areas of the business, regardless of focus or department, integrating all work into one centralized platform. Projects live everywhere and are representative of many different focus areas outside of traditional project management. For instance, sales & marketing, human resources, idea management, account management, etc. The application is built with disciplines that are adaptable to any work area to help users manage work that is specific to their area of focus, department and resource skillset.

EPM Live is built on Microsoft™ SharePoint. With a familiar, easy-to-use interface, EPM Live offers online, hosted and on-premise options as well as dedicated environment offerings. With all work in one solution, teams have the tools they need to manage projects, products, services and work.

Mr. Joe Larscheid serves as Vice President of Strategy at Upland Software, Inc. and serves as its Executive Vice President and General Manager of the EPM Live product line. He has been a Leader, product visionary and innovator in the enterprise project, portfolio and work management industry for more than 15 years. He joined Upland in 2012 through the acquisition EPM Live, a leading portfolio, project and work management software company, where he was Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to EPM Live, he founded LMR Solutions, a consulting business focused on delivering excellence in products and services around Microsoft enterprise project and work management solutions. He has been recognized by market leaders such as Microsoft, Red Herring, Gartner and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
