In 2003, Jack O’Neill served as Chief Executive Officer of TQ3 Travel Solutions Americas.  Effective May 3, 2004, O'Neill will serve as Chief Operating Officer for Carlson Wagonlit Travel North America, as a result of the recent integration with Carlson Wagonlit. As the visionary behind the 'Ensuring Service Quality' initiative in 2003, O'Neill was responsible for shaping the strategies of TQ3 USA.  The same people, processes, and technologies behind the 2003 'Ensuring Service Quality' initiative will be carried forth under O'Neill's leadership and continue to drive service quality within Carlson Wagonlit Travel's North American operations.  O’Neill spends a significant amount of his time working to ensure that CWT delivers maximum value to clients and quality service to business travelers.
