Just four years ago, we ran our first Facebook campaign for GEICO. It was a tiny amount of money compared with what we do today. SocialCode was fledgling in 2010, yet our rapid growth since then has been astounding.

The last year was one of huge scaling across our sales and service teams and continued investments in to continue to aggressively build the best technology team. Our incredible team continues to be the key to our success. Looking back on 2014, three things stand out:

1. A firehose of customer data needs to be transformed into insights, and piped right into the heart of brands so they can make smarter decisions about their products and companies. Our teams and technology are driving measurable insights and revenue for our customers. Early on many brands wanted fans and followers. Our message was always that brands should use social to drive the metrics that matter for their business.

2. We strive to make great software and believe that we can change marketing if we deliver the right technology and experiences to our own teams and to external clients. We made smart talent investments at the right time to enable scale and accelerated innovation, including talent in technology, product, sales and services. We expanded our team with an incredibly talented head of design, and a mobile developer team from Avocado Software, Inc. The team is a perfect fit within our humble, work-hard-play-hard culture.

3. We’ve remained focused on cross-channelmarketing (a commitment we made early on as the first and most advanced in integrating the major consumer social platforms), becoming one the first companies included in Instagram’s developer directory and integrating with a leading content publishing platform.

As much as we have grown, we’ve barely scratched the surface. We remain laser focused on making our customers, partners and employees successful. And we’re building our technology platform and services to take advantage of accelerating trends like mobile and real-time data.

In bullet-list form, briefly summarize up to ten (10) growth-related achievements of the nominated organization since January 1 2014 (up to 150 words).
