    Brian Brown is the Executive Director and Senior Vice President for The 
    SkillStorm Family of Companies, which is comprised of three companies: SGIS,
    SkillStorm and StormStaff.

    With more than 11 years of experience in the Information Technology, Technical
    Services, Government Contracting, Accounting, Financial and Administrative
    sectors, Brown has achieved remarkable success. He is the leader
    of “SkillStorm University,” The SkillStorm Family of Companies’ training and
    development center, focused on developing and mentoring top sales
    professionals. Brown is responsible for creating and implementing cutting-edge
    training programs and also conducting training for all recruiters and sales
    team members of the organization. He oversees the hiring of new employees and
    manages all SkillStorm and StormStaff offices nationwide – a total of 14.

    Since January 2007, Brown has grown each of his teams for the Family’s three
    companies, currently overseeing approximately 50 employees.

    In 2007, Brown developed the first ever specialized training program for
    SkillStorm as well as a recruiting and account management program for SGIS. He
    successfully conducted a total of 13 “SkillStorm University” sales/recruiting
    classes, with a total of 84 attendees. Attendees increased their sales
    production by an average of $3,300 in gross profit per week only 90 days after
    attending a training class, compared to $2,100 per week in 2006.

    Brown opened a new office in San Marcos, California as well as a new division
    and has grown commercial sales revenues from $650,000 in 2006 to $4.8 million
    in 2007.

    Most recently, Brown received a Top Performer of 2007 award and is a member of
    The SkillStorm Family Dream Team, an exclusive club that recognizes the top
    performers within the company. As part of this club, he has been invited to
    the annual Dream Team trip for two consecutive years. This year’s excursion
    will be to Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas.

    Brown is an active member of the San Diego Society for Human Resource
    Management (SHRM). He has also been a committee member for the San Diego SHRM
    Workplace Excellence Awards for nine years, a role in which he works with local
    companies to showcase how Human Resources and Talent Acquisition effect revenue
    production in companies.

    Brian has encountered many obstacles, which he has overcome – from creating
    innovative, in-depth training programs that energize and motivate employees to
    strive for higher goals to gaining a competitive edge and retaining employees.
    He has attained these successes through the development and implementation of
    real-life role-play situations, skill building exercises, team building
    programs, unique sales techniques, tips for identifying opportunities, employee
    recognition programs and awards, interactive games and bonuses.

    Brown was recognized as the “Top Area Manager in the World” for a leading
    staffing company with over 400 offices worldwide in 2000. It is past triumphs
    such as this that has enabled Brown to become the respected leader and role
    model he has become within the industry.

    Brown began his career as an Account Executive for a staffing firm.  Rising 
    quickly through the ranks, he went on to become Division Director, Branch Sales
    Manager, Area Sales Manager and Regional Vice President of Consulting Services,
    respectively. Brown joined a technology-based services company in 2000 as Vice
    President of California Operations where he was successful in reforming a
    branch from a revenue loss to a lucrative profit and also opened a new office.
    He then became Vice President of Sales and Operations for another staffing
    company in 2001 where he created and established four new divisions.
