The modern-day version of local loyalty cards, Front Flip allows businesses to create and manage rewards and daily offers, and even send “gifts” to re-engage customers. Front Flip helps businesses retain customers and promote loyalty while also increasing visit frequency and average ticket size. Customers win loyalty rewards by playing a mobile scratch-off game, and can redeem rewards instantly in the app or save them for later. Social media integration lets them boast about their wins, and a private customer feedback channel offers a direct connection
