Red Apple Consultants, LLC opened its door for business on January 2nd, 2014. The company was formed to connect stellar candidates with potential employment opportunities in Administrative, Account, Finance, IT, Banking, Sales and Logistic fields on Contract, Contract to Hire and Direct Hire needs, while keeping the cost billed to the client as low as possible. During the first month of the company, Arsalan Sajjad, CEO of Red Apple Consultants, LLC starting focusing on Government Contractors within the 30 mile radius of his office. After speaking with few decision makers, Red Apple Consultants, LLC started providing contractors for different Federal Government projects in the Virginia D.C. Metropolitan area. Red Apple Consultants, LLC’s second success came in March of 2014, when Arsalan Sajjad locked down several Credit Unions and Logistic companies in the area.

After successfully meeting the client’s needs, Arsalan Sajjad started to focus on the IT and Accounting side of the business, beginning in June 2014, Red Apple Consultants, LLC has successfully placed more than 40 Sales candidates and 20 Accounting candidates. The company’s biggest success story in my point of view is when clients started to mentioned Arsalan Sajjad and Red Apple Consultants, LLC in their business circle and Red Apple Consultants, LLC started to fill order for clients who were referred to Red Apple Consultants, LLC based on their extraordinary experience with Arsalan Sajjad and Red Apple Consultants. LLC. For our first year, we had a profitable year and we are on track to do thrice as much business this year. During Red Apple Consultants, LLC’s first year, Arsalan Sajjad was able to create 200 jobs, most of the candidates placed were previously unemployed and 80% of the placements were Vets. In March, 2015 Arsalan Sajjad began a partnership with the Department of Labor and is looking forward to hiring 500 more Vets by December 2016. Red Apple Consultants, LLC opened a new branch on Park Ave in New York.

Arsalan Sajjad's and Red Apple Consultants, LLC's biggest achievement was when Mr. Sajjad came across a man who was asking for money at the traffic light, after speaking with him for a few minutes, Arsalan Sajjad handed him his business card and asked him to call on Monday. The gentlmen, who was homeless at the time, called Arsalan Sajjad and Arsalan Sajjad was able to find an employment for that gentlemen within 48 hours. On his first day, Mr. Sajjad received a call from the said gentlemen who thanked Mr. Sajjad and stated "Thanks to you and Red Apple Consultants, I will not be homeless after 2 weeks."
