TEXT REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION
In the past, corporates were looking at domestic, inflexible Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs with limited scope in terms of size, number of trading partners, currencies and other parameters.

Today, with the increased interest in optimizing their supply chains, companies are seeking new solutions to align their working capital initiatives with their evolving business objectives on a global scale involving multiple jurisdictions and thousands of suppliers.

Launched in 2012, SCiMapTM is the only SCF tool that offers organizations the ability to analyze their spend in their supply chain, identify and quantify the opportunities for cash flow improvement and formulate a plan to realize expected gains by:

1.Identifying and establishing working capital improvement goals and delivering transparency in working capital performance,
2.Defining an implementation plan by which these goals can be achieved within the supply chain,
3.Continually monitor progress against the company’s overall goals and objectives, and
4.Realize high value with quick and robust results.

By applying PrimeRevenue’s vast array of statistical and institutional intelligence, SCiMap allows companies to view projected cash flow and/or income gains for each supplier as well as the recommended program rollout approach towards realizing these gains. The interactive platform allows companies to sort, filter, and aggregate suppliers across a wide range of metrics and measures, and make adjustments to individual supplier approaches based on company-specific relationships resulting in a detail analysis model highlighting opportunities for cash flow and income gains across selected targets. It provides a comparison of results across milestone periods and identifying areas for improvement within specific segments of the supply chain.

SCiMap offers the following benefits:

-Insight into available standard trade terms for supplier;
-Ability to optimize working capital and income by increasing DPO (days payables outstanding) or reducing COGS (cost of goods sold);
-Ability to quickly populate critical data elements for each supplier (industry, credit rating, etc.), via profiles in the PrimeRevenue database and/or from external sources;
-Ability to adjust financial planning by segmenting suppliers into multiple criteria of trade;
-Clear definition and application of potential opportunities (e.g. increasing payment terms, reducing costs of goods sold);
-Monetization approach on a supplier-by-supplier basis;
-Access to interactive platform which provides insight into leveraging multiple working capital strategies to unlock cash in the supply chain;
-Ongoing comparison of results across periods to track actual vs. planned results, identifying areas for improvement within specific segments, etc.
