Briefly describe this nomination’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words):

From a design perspective, the idea was simple: design a high-impact
storytelling device.
 
From a business perspective, Resonate is used as a vehicle to present Muzak as
a progressive audio-branding company; to dispel the outdated "elevator music
company” perception. 

Resonate quickly migrates sales discussions to branding and culture
conversations and provides Muzak with an effective way to get in front
of major national brands. To date, more than 100 brands responded without further
solicitation, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Office Depot and Design
Forum. For years many of these brands refused to open their doors to us,
now they're requesting appointments solely on the merit of Resonate.
