The 2009 Standards of Business Conduct (SBC) Training's purpose is to promote
awareness of Microsoft's corporate Standards of Business Conduct, policies and
guidelines. We achieve this through scenario-based case studies of real issues
that can arise in the workplace, followed by interactive question and answer
segments. The employee is provided detailed responses that are customized based
upon their answer. These responses promote understanding of the broader issues
and the expected role of the employee and of Microsoft. Resources for
additional information on each topic are provided at the end of each scenario.
