As McLane approached its 120th year of business, we wanted to create a special edition of MERIT Magazine, our Teammate publication, which is distributed to over 20,000 McLane Teammates nationwide. This issue was unlike anything we’ve ever produced. In addition to highlighting the importance of this special moment in our company’s history, we wanted to illustrate how vital our teammates are to the company’s longevity and success.

The 120th anniversary edition featured a candid interview with our Chief Head Coach (CEO), Grady Rosier, in-depth teammate stories, customer fun facts and historical company information. The result was a sophisticated yet fun magazine that was unique, inspirational and educational for teammates, vendors and clients alike.
