Briefly describe this entry’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words):

The communications objectives for our Five-Star Fun advertising campaign are
simple - generate interest and awareness for our Fairwinds communities by
changing perceptions about senior housing.

Our communities are not the typical "Old Folks Homes." While our competitors
focus on their buildings and on the "health care" they offer, we focus on the
lifestyle provided at our communities and how that lifestyle keeps residents
active, independent, and engaged in life.

Since its inception, the Five-Star Fun campaign has been very well received by
our target demographic and has helped us attract seniors that otherwise may not
have considered senior housing.
