Our communications objective was to demonstrate to new customers that
IndyMac Bank appreciates their business and that IndyMac can be counted on as
a resource they can benefit from every day.

Objectives met by:
The Thank You Kit thanks the customer and includes a reminder on the inside
front of the services available to them daily.  The kit also includes helpful items for
daily use, such as a coffee mug, mouse, mouse pad, etc. These branded items
are designed as a daily reminder of IndyMac's commitment to them.

The kits have resulted in a significant positive impact from new customers.
