Nomination Sub Category: Most Innovative Company

Nomination Title: Reputation is the Key to the Inbox

1. Tell the story about what this nominated company achieved in the past year (up to 500 words). Focus on specific accomplishments, and relate these accomplishments to past performance or industry norms. Be sure to mention obstacles overcome, innovations or discoveries made, and outcomes:

As a reputation services provider, Habeas takes a revolutionary approach to the
spam issue. Rather than focusing on identifying spam, we provide email “credit
scoring” services to commercial senders and receivers of email, enabling
significant inbox delivery uplift for legitimate email.

Unlike other solutions which either control the flow of unwanted email or
package services to legitimize senders, Habeas is a trusted third party which
serves as intermediary between good senders and the volume receivers of email.
Habeas’ customer base includes over 300 brand-name commercial senders –
including Publishers Clearing House, the PGA, and Getty Images. These senders
leverage Habeas Sender Solutions to identify themselves as adopters of email
best practices, to outsource the monitoring and resolution of their email
compliance and deliverability problems, and to increase the delivery rates and
ROI of their email lists. Habeas’ Receiver Solutions enable large ISPs such as
Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL, and large enterprises, government agencies, and
universities around the world to improve their mail filtering accuracy and
efficiency.

Habeas maintains the world’s largest reputation database of high volume emailers. We know who are legitimate senders of email, who are spammers, and who are somewhere in between. Habeas’ SenderIndex email reputation database of more than 300 million email senders is used by more than 5 million email networks in 220 countries and territories around the globe to influence email delivery decisions on billions of emails every day.
