Dell Boomi AtomSphere is an enterprise integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) that allows customers to easily connect any combination of cloud and on-premises applications without software, appliances or coding. More than 2,800 customers have selected Dell Boomi to reduce development complexity and achieve significantly faster time-to-value compared to traditional middleware solutions.

The following are a couple of customer examples:

After a merger, Mindjet was in need of scalable integration of NetSuite and Salesforce to manage what became a complex sales process, without adding IT headcount. By implementing Dell Boomi, Mindjet was able to automate sales, streamline billing and order management – a job that would have otherwise required 10 staff members. NetSuite and Salesforce.com are essential to Mindjet’s cloud information infrastructure strategy, and Dell Boomi was the key enabler for this strategy.

Mozy wanted to increase agility and scalability in the cloud. To accomplish this, they realized they needed to more efficiently populate customer information across multiple tools. With Dell Boomi, Mozy integrated its customer database, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Services Cloud to successfully process more than 100,000 updates per hour. Boomi Suggest anonymously indexes the millions of data mappings and tens of thousands of functions stored on the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform, effectively crowdsourcing recommendations and automatically generating maps for new integrations. Boomi Assure enables regression tests to be run against every future AtomSphere release. In a single click from the Boomi console, companies can submit their own integration processes and pre-test them prior to platform updates. This greatly increases integration reliability for businesses as updates are periodically released for the platform. Businesses don’t have to completely restructure their integrations in a moment’s notice and can be confident that their integrations will perform well as software updates are released.

Boomi Resolve is a repository of resolutions for common error messages, based on contributions made to the knowledge base by Dell Boomi and its users. If a customer experiences a common error, resolutions are automatically suggested to resolve them. With the error messages appearing onscreen, users are provided with possible solutions and links to full articles for further explanation. This greatly increases developer productivity and project success.

Predictive Assistance covers all customers at no charge.
