Health Care Reform for YOU engages individuals about how the health care reform law will personally impact them. An interactive infographic leads users through the experience by asking simple questions such as "How old are you?" and "Do you have kids?" to generate customized results. Campaigns included Cigna websites, broker communications and social media. Information is easy to understand, actionable and visually displayed for a quick read. The tool helped mitigate confusion for individuals shopping on the new Health Insurance Marketplaces.

• 93,000 total views
• 38,175 infographs created

Initially focused on the individual market, we expanded the tool to engage and educate our group-plan customers in 2013. We positioned Cigna as an advocate for employer clients and saw positive lift for loyalty and retention.
