Auto Integrate is a revolutionary maintenance authorization software system. It provides an electronic trading platform for the automotive sector, designed specifically for the US and Canadian market. It went from beta testing in 2013 to a live environment in 2014.It has radically changed the way fleet management companies transact with its vendors. In its simplest form, it delivers enhanced operational efficiencies for fleet management companies and their suppliers by enabling them to transact electronically, and therefore eliminating endless phone calls and paper invoices.

The Auto Integrate platform has been designed to support fleet management companies and its trading partners. This includes national suppliers and smaller, independent vendors. Its intention is soon to become the Industry Standard for Electronic Trading for the fleet management sector.
Each party has a one-time system implementation and training process, which will enable them to deal with all current and future suppliers on a single trading platform.

Currently, 3 of the top 8 fleet management companies have signed up to Auto Integrate and another 2 are in an advanced contract negotiations. In addition, 6 major national vendors are already using the platform.

These 3 fleet management companies generate over 2 million repair orders a year that will consequently all go through the Auto Integrate system speeding drivers back on the road.
