To better serve its Medicaid and Medicare members and health providers,
Amerigroup has redesigned its web site to be more interactive and focus
on “Real Solutions in Healthcare.” In addition to its new look and feel, the
managed care organization’s site now showcases the following elements:
• Videos and vignettes highlighting members’ real stories
• An eligibility wizard that helps the general public identify Medicaid
and children’s health insurance program resources
• A new provider site online toolbox that includes claims and
precertification submission.
Through this site’s content, Amerigroup is actively demonstrating to its
audiences the “real solutions” it offers.
