Since joining the company in 2002, Mollie Spilman has been a driving force behind Advertising.com’s success. She leveraged Advertising.com's 250% revenue growth during the dotcom bubble burst as a means to promote the company’s performance-based approach to online marketing - ultimately securing the company’s industry position as the leader in online marketing.

Acknowledging these achievements, Advertising.com named Mollie the company’s first-ever chief marketing officer in November 2005. As CMO, Mollie expanded her responsibilities and assumed control over the strategic positioning of the company’s diverse set of online solutions. Most recently, she demonstrated her commitment to innovation by developing a product marketing team to better position and develop the company’s products and services based on market demands.

Mollie also implemented an interdepartmental strategy plan designed to evaluate and reposition Advertising.com’s sales approach to better meet the ever-changing demands of the industry. This strategy was implemented not only for Advertising.com’s products, solutions and technologies - but also for its strategic approach to industry verticals.

Mollie's efforts also span internal strategies, demonstrated in the recent development of the “Type i” program. This initiative preserves Advertising.com’s intelligent, impassioned and innovative environment by blending a casual workplace with an unsurpassed work ethic and innovative spirit.
